The Stadium Cleaner / Housekeeping Supervisor oversees cleaning operations in stadiums and event venues, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. This role manages housekeeping staff, coordinates workflow during events, and ensures a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping and stadium cleaning staff.

Inspect seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and other public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.

Assign daily tasks and coordinate workflow during events to ensure timely cleaning and readiness.

Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory; report maintenance needs to management.

Ensure all staff follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.

Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.

Support operational teams during special events, emergencies, or peak periods.
Job Requirements

Previous housekeeping, stadium cleaning, or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items as needed.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-driven shifts.
Work Environment
Supervisors work in stadiums, arenas, and event venues across South Florida. The role involves walking, standing, lifting, and supervising staff in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes physically demanding environment. Schedules are event-driven and may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
