The Laundry Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse laundry operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and quality standards are met. This role manages warehouse staff, coordinates workflow, and ensures timely processing and distribution of linens, uniforms, and other textiles.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule laundry warehouse staff.

Oversee the receiving, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and textiles.

Maintain inventory records and monitor supply levels; report shortages or equipment issues to management.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.

Inspect work areas and laundry machinery for cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.

Coordinate workflow to meet operational deadlines and support housekeeping and event teams.

Address staff or operational issues promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements

Previous warehouse or laundry supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of industrial laundry equipment and warehouse operations.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Physical ability to walk, lift, and supervise in a warehouse environment.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
Work Environment
Laundry Warehouse Supervisors work in warehouse or back-of-house laundry facilities across South Florida. The role is physically active and involves supervising staff, walking, lifting, and overseeing machinery. Schedules may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
