The Beach Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable beach experience for guests. This role ensures beach areas are well-maintained, assists guests with their needs, and upholds Boom Services’ standards of professionalism and guest service.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach areas, including chairs, umbrellas, and equipment.

Set up and arrange beach furniture and supplies for guest use.

Assist guests with inquiries, towel service, and other beachside needs.

Monitor guest safety and report any hazards or incidents to management promptly.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.

Support team members during special events or peak guest periods.
Job Requirements

Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate items for extended periods.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.
Work Environment
Beach Attendants work outdoors at hotels, resorts, and event venues across South Florida. The role is physically active, requiring standing, walking, lifting, and working in direct sunlight or varying weather conditions. Schedules may include weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
