The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a professional and enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations as needed.

Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently during service.

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service equipment.

Follow all Boom Services policies regarding safety, hygiene, and sanitation.

Support team members and management as needed to provide a seamless guest experience.
Job Requirements

Previous food and beverage service experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Servers work in hotels, restaurants, and event venues throughout South Florida. The role is physically active, involving standing, walking, and lifting trays or plates. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
