The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment in guest rooms and common areas. This role ensures all rooms meet Boom Services’ standards for hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture, according to company standards.

Replenish room amenities, linens, towels, and supplies.

Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management promptly.

Ensure all public areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with Boom Services standards.

Provide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing inquiries or requests promptly.

Support team members and management to ensure efficient daily operations.
Job Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment
Room Attendants work in hotels, resorts, and event venues throughout South Florida. The role is physically active, involving standing, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods. Schedules may include weekends, holidays, and peak-season shifts.
