Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to event and banquet guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including classic, specialty, and signature cocktails.

Interact with guests in a courteous and engaging manner, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain the bar area to established standards, including cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.

Follow all beverage preparation guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of drink preparation, ingredients, and mixology techniques.

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Work Environment
Bartenders operate in a variety of professional settings, including hotels, restaurants, conference and convention centers, corporate meeting venues, and other large event facilities. They are expected to uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Compliance with established grooming and appearance guidelines is required. Depending on organizational needs and event schedules, bartenders may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
