Boom Services | South Florida
The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for guests. This role provides attentive service, maintains poolside areas, and supports guest needs while upholding Boom Services’ standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with pool rules.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, lounges, and surrounding areas.

Set up and arrange chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other poolside equipment.

Assist guests with inquiries, towel service, and other poolside requests.

Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or incidents to management promptly.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines according to Boom Services standards.

Support team members with events or special poolside activities as needed.
Job Requirements

Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of pool safety guidelines is a plus.

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate items for extended periods.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak season hours.
Work Environment
Pool Attendants work outdoors in hotels, resorts, and event venues throughout South Florida. The role is physically active and requires standing, walking, and working in direct sunlight or varying weather conditions. Schedules may include weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
