The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial laundry machinery and warehouse equipment. This role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient laundry operations by minimizing equipment downtime and supporting the warehouse and housekeeping teams.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial laundry machines, conveyors, and related equipment.

Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

Replace parts, adjust machinery, and calibrate equipment as needed.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report equipment status to management.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

Collaborate with warehouse and laundry teams to minimize operational disruptions.

Follow all company procedures for safety, sanitation, and equipment handling.
Job Requirements

Previous mechanical, industrial, or equipment maintenance experience required; laundry or warehouse experience preferred.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions.

Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in standing or confined positions.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
