The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations in warehouse and back-of-house environments, ensuring that equipment, facilities, and systems are functioning safely and efficiently. This role leads maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, and supports smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff.

Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Inspect machinery, tools, and infrastructure to identify issues or potential hazards.

Coordinate with management to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment logs.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.

Support operational teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Job Requirements

Previous maintenance or supervisory experience in warehouses, industrial facilities, or hospitality operations preferred.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift, bend, and work in various physical environments.

Work Environment
Maintenance Supervisors work in warehouses, back-of-house facilities, and industrial areas throughout South Florida. The role involves walking, climbing, lifting, and working with tools and machinery in varying conditions. Schedules may include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
