The Laundry Operator is responsible for operating industrial laundry equipment in warehouse settings, ensuring linens, uniforms, and textiles are cleaned, processed, and prepared for distribution. This role supports housekeeping, banquet, and event operations by maintaining efficient and organized laundry workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial washing, drying, pressing, and folding machines safely and efficiently.

Sort, inspect, and prepare linens and textiles for cleaning and distribution.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry warehouse and equipment.

Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management.

Track laundry inventory and document workflow and output.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of laundry operations.
Job Requirements

Previous laundry or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Ability to operate industrial laundry machines and equipment safely.

Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Work Environment
Laundry Operators work in warehouse or back-of-house environments in hotels, resorts, and event venues across South Florida. The role is physically active and involves lifting, bending, operating machinery, and standing for long periods. Schedules may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
