The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring all systems, networks, and devices operate efficiently and securely. This role provides technical support, maintains hardware and software, and implements IT solutions to optimize business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Provide technical support to staff and ensure proper use of technology resources.

Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect data.

Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.

Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

Train employees on new technologies and software applications as needed.
Job Requirements

Previous experience in IT support, network administration, or related field preferred.

Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security protocols.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks simultaneously.

Flexible schedule to support business operations, including occasional after-hours or on-call support.
Work Environment
IT Specialists work in office environments, warehouses, and corporate settings across South Florida. The role involves desk work, troubleshooting equipment, and occasional lifting or setup of IT hardware. Some on-call or after-hours work may be required.
