The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Boom Services’ standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining high levels of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness, order, and maintenance issues.

Assign daily tasks, manage staff schedules, and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency.

Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; communicate supply needs to management.

Ensure all team members follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of housekeeping staff.

Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and maintain high guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements

Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hotels, resorts, or event venues preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service.

Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift items during supervisory rounds.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak-season shifts.
Work Environment
