The Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming and organized dining environment. This role sets the tone for the guest experience and requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus or other information as needed.

Communicate guest needs and special requests to servers and management.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and dining area.

Assist with managing guest flow during peak times to ensure smooth service.

Follow all Boom Services policies regarding safety, hygiene, and guest service standards.
Job Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Work Environment
Hostesses work in hotels, restaurants, and event venues throughout South Florida. The role involves standing for long periods, walking, and assisting with guest flow during busy periods. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
