The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role supports the kitchen team by ensuring all items are ready for food preparation and service, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen workstations.

Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company procedures.

Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, counters, and storage areas.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with Boom Services standards.

Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure timely and efficient service.
Job Requirements

Previous dishwashing or food service experience preferred but not required.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Dishwashers work in hotels, restaurants, and event venues across South Florida. The role is physically active, involving standing, lifting, and repetitive movements. Schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
