Boom Services | South Florida
The Bar Back supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, organized, and maintained during events. This role is essential for smooth bar operations, timely service, and delivering a positive guest experience. The Bar Back must be attentive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Refill and restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.

Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout the event.

Collect and clean used glassware and utensils promptly.

Monitor ice, beverages, and supplies to prevent shortages during service.

Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for events.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures according to Boom Services standards.

Support bartenders and other team members as needed to ensure efficient service.
Job Requirements

Previous bar or food and beverage experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes, kegs, and supplies.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Work Environment
Bar Backs work in hotels, restaurants, conference centers, and event venues across South Florida. The role involves physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Schedules vary depending on event requirements and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
