The Banquet Server is responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service during events and banquets, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up banquet tables with proper linens, silverware, glassware, and table settings according to event specifications.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events.

Clear tables, reset stations, and assist with breakdown at the conclusion of events.

Attend pre-event meetings and briefings to understand guest requirements and event flow.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines according to Boom Services standards.

Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

Assist other team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Job Requirements

Previous food and beverage or banquet service experience preferred.

Work Environment
Banquet Servers work in hotels, conference centers, restaurants, and event venues throughout South Florida. The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, walking, and standing. Schedules vary depending on event needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
