The Overnight Laundry Attendant is responsible for processing, organizing, and managing laundry operations in a warehouse or back-of-house setting during overnight shifts. This role ensures that linens, uniforms, and other items are cleaned, sorted, and prepared for distribution, supporting the smooth operations of housekeeping and event services.
Key Responsibilities

Operate laundry machines to wash, dry, and process large volumes of linens and textiles.

Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for delivery to appropriate departments.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and laundry areas.

Inspect linens and textiles for stains, damage, or quality issues, and report concerns to management.

Track and document laundry inventory and workflow.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.

Assist team members to ensure timely completion of overnight laundry operations.
Job Requirements

Previous laundry, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Ability to lift and carry heavy loads safely.

Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods during overnight shifts.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Professional appearance and adherence to Boom Services’ grooming standards.

Must be able to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
Overnight Laundry Attendants work in warehouse or back-of-house environments in hotels, resorts, and event venues across South Florida. The role is physically active, involving lifting, bending, and operating laundry equipment. Overnight schedules may include weekends, holidays, and peak-season hours.
