Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards.

Greet guests professionally and take accurate orders.

Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.

Keep the workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs.

Requirements

Previous barista or food service experience preferred; training available.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment
Baristas work in professional hospitality settings across South Florida, interacting frequently with guests and using commercial coffee equipment. Schedules vary based on business needs and may include weekends and holidays.
